RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

Returns

We allow returns for un-used products in good and re-sellable condition. Customer is responsible for the delivery cost of return items. Please DO NOT return your item before contacting our customer service, we will tell you the return procedure and return address.

*We cannot provide exchanges or refunds for used or damaged goods including those damaged in transit. Please protect your items for return! Items returned without their original packaging or manufacturers tags attached will be subject to inspection and a service charge may be applied

*All return package must include a tracking, please use registered mail service

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your product, let us know what item, color or size you would like to exchange with. If your exchange item has a different price than your paid item, we will refund / charge the difference.
