The 40th Osaka Motorcycle Show 2024 will soon be taking place in Japan, and tickets for the event are now available for purchase. The official website, as well as motorcycle shops and their respective websites and social media platforms, will be selling electronic tickets in the form of QR codes.
The pre-sale of QR tickets started on February 1, 2024, so make sure to check the ticket types, prices, and important details before making your purchase.
Here are some important notes to keep in mind when purchasing tickets:
- The U22 Youth Discount (for individuals aged 18 to 22) is also applicable to those who have their birthdays during the event.
- If you purchase multiple U22 Youth Discount tickets for 2, 3, or 4 people, QR tickets will be issued for each person.
- You can purchase a maximum of 4 general or U22 Youth Discount tickets and an additional 4 free tickets (total of 8 tickets) in one application. If you want to purchase more than 9 tickets, please proceed with a separate transaction using the same email address.
- Payments can be made through credit cards, PayPay, or convenience stores (Lawson, FamilyMart, MiniStop). Please note that cash is the only payment method available at convenience stores.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
- Reselling purchased tickets is strictly prohibited. If the organizers discover any resold tickets, they will be deemed invalid.
- Make sure not to delete or lose the confirmation email. Resending the email is not possible.
- QR tickets are sold by EventManagerβΊ, operated by Uniam Co., Ltd.
When entering the event, please take note of the following:
- If you have purchased multiple tickets, it is recommended to send the corresponding ticket URL to the respective individuals in advance via email or social media. This will facilitate the entrance process.
- Show the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen or printed on paper to the staff upon entry. Please note that screenshots of the QR code will not be accepted for entry.
- High school students and younger individuals can enter the event for free. Proof of eligibility, such as a student ID, will be required.
- If you have purchased the U22 Youth Discount ticket, proof of age (driver's license, student ID, My Number Card, etc.) will be required for entry.
- Individuals with disabilities and their assistants (a total of 2 people) can enter the event for free. Proof of eligibility, such as disability certificates, will be required. The assistant will also need to obtain a QR ticket (free of charge).
- The last entry time is at 4:30 PM.
Other important information:
- In case of emergencies such as natural disasters, accidents, the spread of the new coronavirus, or influenza outbreaks, or if there is a request for cancellation or self-restraint from the government, public institutions, or the venue (Intex Osaka), the event may be canceled. If the organizers decide to cancel the event before it takes place, the full entrance fee will be refunded by the credit card company or PayPay. For those who made payment at a convenience store, information on the refund process will be provided on the official website.
