The 2024 Kawasaki Z500 is an updated version of the Z400 and Ninja 400 models, featuring a larger engine displacement of 451cc. The bike's Sugomi styling has been refreshed with new bodywork, a reshaped tank, LED lighting, and a new LCD display.

The brake system, featuring a 310mm semi-floating disc with a dual-piston Nissin caliper up front and a 220mm disc with a dual-piston Nissin caliper in the rear, offers plenty of stopping power and progressive braking.
In terms of ergonomics, the Z500 has an upright riding position with a comfortable and neutral one-piece handlebar. Wind protection is minimal, but the bike blocks wind below the shoulders, minimizing buffeting and turbulence.
The Z500 is available in two models: the base model with an all-new LCD display and the SE model with a full-color TFT display. Both displays provide a range of information, including speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, and gear position indicator.
