Cake, the Swedish electric mobility brand known for its innovative two-wheelers, has announced the launch of its highly anticipated electric dual sport motorcycle, the Bukk. The first shipment of the Bukk, including Limited Edition models, has begun deliveries in select markets, with full-scale production scheduled for spring 2024.
The Bukk aims to combine roadgoing practicality with impressive off-road capability, making it a versatile choice for riders. Weighing just 196 pounds, the Bukk features Cake's "Jante" motor, an Internal Permanent Magnet (IPM) motor with a torque rating of 456 Nm (337 pound-feet). This powerful motor enables the Bukk to achieve a zero to 28-mile-per-hour sprint in just 2.15 seconds.
The Bukk boasts a lightweight chassis and comes with fully adjustable suspension available in two packages: WP and Formula. This allows riders to customize their riding experience based on their preferences and budget. The bike can be configured for off-road use or for both street and off-road applications.
